1. Pre-Construction Meeting – Meet with a Brookfield construction team member as well as sales and design consultants to completely review and verify all home choices prior to actual construction. This meeting also provides the opportunity to make changes and additions.

2. Frame Walk – Before insulation and drywall, once the structural framing and mechanical installations are complete, tour the home’s progress with a construction superintendent who will verify selections.

3. Pre-Closing Quality Walkthrough- Brookfield construction specialists conduct numerous internal walkthroughs covering a vigorous list of multiple quality checks ensuring everything is in working order and the entire home conforms to Brookfield Communities Quality Standards.

4. Home Orientation- A Brookfield Communities Residential Specialist will provide a complete guided tour of the entire new home, familiarizing the buyer with features, demonstrating operating functions, noting on a thorough checklist any concerns and explaining service procedures.

5. 30 Day Follow Up- Brookfield follows-up with homeowners to review any concerns noted on Home Orientation checklist.

6. Three Month Review- Homeowners meet with a Brookfield Warranty specialist after three months in their new Brookfield home to review and address any issues.

7. Eleven Month Review- Brookfield’s Customer Care Program includes an eleven month review with our Warranty Service Representative to inspect, discuss, correct and answer any warranty issues the homeowner may have.

8. 2-10 Home Buyers’ Warranty- New Brookfield homes include 10 years of structural coverage starting the day of closing- covering workmanship and materials through year one, major mechanical systems through year two, and the major structure through the tenth year.
